When silver halide crystals give way to pixels, Photoshop was quickly named as the darkroom antagonist, to eventually become the most used application in digital photography manipulation. Its use is nowadays so widely accepted that the name became a verb to be used to describe digital image alteration.
This is an intermediate to advanced course in Photoshop. Students must have a basic familiarity with the program. Techniques covered will include selections, merging, colour temperature and exposure shift, layers and masks. The aim of this workshop is to bring your skills in photoshop to the next level. Drills throughout the day will help students to better understand and remember the workflow process.
